Psychic Readings and Payment
Payment for the reading takes place before the session starts via paypal after your appointment time has been confirmed through email. If you feel a psychic didn't help you in your situation you can request a full refund of your money by clicking here. Once you have recieved an email back confirming your appointment time, Lady Katie will call you at the time discussed. If we have been notified you would like a refund, you can expect your account to be credited within 3 days. (only applies to over the phone sessions Email readings are non-refundable)
For e-mail readings you pay beforehand, you don't have to make an appointment just fill out the form here after you have made payment for your reading via the "Purchase A Reading" section of our website.

Over the Phone Services
You must Make an Appointment via the "Make an Appointment" form on the left hand side link bar. We will confirm your appointment and Lady Katie will call you back at the discussed time. Because there have been many people abusing our services (recieving their reading and not paying for it, not answering their phone to begin a session) we now require payment before a session has begun, to our loyal clients we apoligize.
Tarot Reading (covers everything): 30$ lasts 30 minutes
You can ask as many questions as you want. All we need is your first name, sit back relax and let US tell you about your life. Using tarot cards, our psychics have devolped custom spreads for their cards to give you the most accurate and informative reading possible. Our psychics don't memorize meanings of the cards, instead we interpret our own meanings and go by feeling and instinct, this way we can better understand you and your situation. We are known for our accuracy because of this. Most psychics will give you generalized meanings that have been memorized from a book that can apply to anything, we give specific information about your life and what to expect and look forward to.
Follow Up Reading: 10$ lasts 15minutes
This is for people who have already had a first session and need some more questions answered about their first reading. Followup readings can only be made within two weeks of your original appointment.

E-mail readings are not as specific as readings over the phone readings, but do contain vital details to your question. We generally respond with your e-mail reading within 24 hours, if you have not recieved your reading after 24 hours, please call for a refund. Each Question is usually answered in 1-5 paragraphs, each tarot reading is about 3 pages or 12-25 paragraphs. If you have pay using a credit card or echeck you will not recieve your reading until payment has been cleared. Thank you for your time.
